Mayor "Listening Tour" Violates Colorado Open Meetings Sunshine Law

These meetings are limited to 100-200 people, about 0% of the citizens in the districts.  Additionally, city-funded CONO and self-described agent of the city places table coaches to direct the conversations and selected one person to ask questions.  Expect a presser that says, "We listened, and our goals are aligned. We're going to build 10,000 more taxpayer-funded apartments and build a police fortress training center - and not add or expand our roads - and certainly not evacuation model, because we have zones, and it's on you.  Get those pets, pills and papers and sit in gridlock with your go-pack and just cross your fingers because you chose to live here.
