Welcome to the official website of Integrity Matters, a Colorado-based 501(c)(4) nonprofit corporation committed to promoting integrity in governance, leadership, and life. 1. Nonprofit Purpose

Integrity Matters is organized and operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare, in accordance with Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our Services are intended to support public education, advocacy, and civic engagement focused on ethical leadership and government accountability.

2. Use of Services

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Use the website for lawful, non-commercial purposes only.

  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services.

  • Not use our content for political campaign activities unless explicitly authorized.

  • Respect the rights and dignity of others when interacting with or contributing to our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for anyone who violates these Terms.

4. Donations and Contributions

All donations to Integrity Matters support our nonprofit mission and are not tax-deductible under IRS guidelines for 501(c)(4) organizations. Donors will be informed of this at the point of donation.

We reserve the right to refuse or return contributions that are inconsistent with our mission or values.

5. User Submissions

If you submit comments, testimonials, media, or other content to us, you grant Integrity Matters a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and share that content for advocacy, educational, or promotional purposes.
