So, far, there are 3 Dark Money Groups pouring money into this election.  2 PACS from an agency in VA that is managing those campaigns and one with Katie Kennedy as the registered agent who is frequently affiliated with GOP PACs.  She was the registered agent for Colorado Springs Forward, a powerful local group that moved their address to the Towers of Power, 111 S Tejon Street, last year.  These will often go from give to newly formed Committees like the newbies who have entered the ring this year.  While it's hard to identify the puppetmasters to the general public, what you can bet on is that it isn't the local candy store pouring this money into the election for a $6,700 council seat.  We heard $310,000 for one PAC just to help Brandy Williams inD3 (similar for Rick Gillit, Lee Lemkuhl, etc.) though that has yet to be reported and voters will not see it until after the votes are counted.
